Summary

As a Clinical Liaison at LHC Group, you will play a vital role in fostering relationships between our healthcare services and hospital partners. This position is essential for ensuring effective patient transitions and enhancing the continuum of care within our communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital partners and referral sources.
• Facilitate smooth transitions for patients from acute care to home health services.
• Conduct outreach to educate healthcare providers about LHC Group's services.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
• Monitor patient outcomes and address any concerns or issues that arise during the transition process.
• Provide training and support to internal staff on best practices for patient engagement.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth within the community.
• Participate in community events to promote LHC Group's mission and services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in healthcare sales or clinical liaison roles, preferably in home health or medical sales.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on relationship-building and customer service.
• Demonstrated ability in account management and outside sales strategies.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Negotiation skills to facilitate agreements with referral sources.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and practices is a plus.
• Technical sales experience is beneficial but not required.

Pay: $50,653.00 - $90,139.00 per year
