Job Duties:
Assists with communication with internal and external contacts for the purpose of obtaining any and all necessary and accurate information for the establishment of subrogation or worker’s compensation cases to maximize recovery efforts.
Work with team to retrieves all incoming customer service phone calls and determines the appropriate action necessary to resolve the call.
Gathers all documents relating to request and emails to Legal.
Assists with the tracking and reconciliation of vouchers against claims to ensure each members claims are accurately credited with subrogation and workers’ compensation recoveries.
Required Qualifications:
Degree program(s) / Current Status: Junior/Senior Undergraduate in English, Political Science, Psychology, Paralegal Studies or related fields of study.
Cumulative GPA: 3.0 GPA preferred; minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.
Other Qualifications:
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication abilities.
Must demonstrate the ability to think analytically and present ideas professionally.
Self-motivated, adaptable to a changing work environment and team-oriented.
Undergraduates and Graduate Level students must be able to work 20 hours/week during the Spring/Fall semesters and 30-35 hours/week during the summer.
