Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a current, valid and unrestricted Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification, as well as a Master's Degree or higher in a related field. Additionally, they should have a minimum of four years' management experience and three to five years' experience with behavior analysis, training, and experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis applications.
Leadership experience in a managed healthcare setting is preferred, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
