Job Title: Engineering Manager
The Engineering Manager will contribute to defining plant goals and objectives and lead the Technical Department in determining and following a plan to accomplish these objectives. Responsibilities include guiding and empowering Technical Department personnel, monitoring safety and quality performance, and ensuring development, implementation, and maintenance of LPC plant engineering specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to defining plant goals and objectives with plant management.
- Lead Technical Department personnel in determining and following a plan to accomplish plant goals and objectives.
- Guide and empower Technical Department personnel to perform efficiently and develop continually.
- Monitor safety, environmental, and quality performance and initiate action to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Communicate with employees to give and receive information that improves workforce efficiency.
- Ensure development, implementation, and maintenance of LPC plant engineering specifications.
- Implement and maintain Mechanical Integrity (MI) processes and procedures.
- Maintain awareness of plant, company, and industry activities and use the information to improve Technical Department effectiveness.
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as required.
