LOUISIANA PIGMENT COMPANY
Position: Chloride Process (CP) Clerk
Primary Report to: CP Superintendent
Primary Supervision of: None
Required Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of clerical experience.
Responsibilities / Key Activities:
- Daily maintenance of CP Department scheduling database and other departments as required.
- Generate and post the hourly work schedule in conjunction with finding workers to fill overtime requirements in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform secretarial/administrative duties for the CP Department.
- Serve as meeting recorder as required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and special documents as needed.
- Process CP employee timesheets, vacation requests, absentee reports, expense reports, safety incentives, supply orders, etc.
- Serve as an ISO auditor.
- Maintain CP document files.
- Prepare and input department purchase requisitions.
- Understand and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Other duties as required.
