We have a small business needing cleaning one day per week on Mondays after 5pm. Pay will be flat rate 30.00 per service. Job scope to include:
Janitorial Base Services provided for General Office Areas, Showroom, Entrance Areas, Reception Areas, Hallways include weekly tasks such as dusting all fixtures and furniture, emptying trash, cleaning glass doors, and sanitizing telephones and drinking fountains. Monthly tasks involve vacuuming fabric furniture, dusting blinds, and cleaning light fixtures. Floor cleaning includes vacuuming carpets, dust mopping ceramic floors, and damp mopping baseboards. Restrooms are cleaned and disinfected weekly, with tasks like polishing fixtures, mopping floors, and restocking paper products. Internal glass cleaning involves dusting and disinfecting glass doors, while high touch points like metal doors, surfaces, light switches, and counters are regularly damp wiped and disinfected. Additionally, detailed window cleaning is conducted monthly to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all areas. Must be able to pass background check.
