The Louisiana Restaurant Group is seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as cocktail servers at The Anchor, a Gulf-inspired restaurant located on the Tchefuncte River in Madisonville. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by serving food and beverages in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a cocktail server at The Anchor will include:
- Setting tables
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Serving food orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicating food orders to chefs
- Removing dirty dishes and utensils
- Answering guests' questions about ingredients and menu items
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus, but not required. You must also understand hygiene and food safety rules, possess physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours, and be available to work various shifts, including weekends.
