The Assistant Dean for Student Affairs is responsible for the visionary leadership and strategic direction for student support services to ensure students thrive academically, personally and professionally, including holistic development, well-being & success of students, overseeing advising, career services, student engagement programs, mental health services, and diversity & inclusion initiatives to foster a supportive environment and promote student success from matriculation to graduation across all School of Nursing Campuses. The incumbent is accountable to the Dean of the School of Nursing.
