CTC 1 : 1 year; CTC 2 - 3 years; CTC 3 - 5 years

Coordination of patient care including within clinical care programs.
Indicate if any combination of specific experience, training and education may be substituted for the required education or experience
At the CTC 2 or 3 level, one additional year of Clinical Research experience may substitute for the CCRC / CCRP at the department's discretion.
At the CTC 1 or 2 level, an LPN and 2 additional years may substitute for the Bachelors.
