Job Description:
The role of the Energy Information Center Coordinator will be to manage and schedule use of the Center for Energy Studies' (CES's) Energy Information Center spaces, provide support for CES events, manage website content, maintain CES's library, assist with department inventory, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily operations of Energy Information Center and library including: managing and organizing documents and data, and maintaining CES bibliography and energy web pages. Respond to requests for data, papers, articles and other forms of information. (35%)
- Support the CES Executive Director and CES Director of Energy Education and Outreach to coordinate education and outreach programs, including assisting with the development of educational materials, organizing community events, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the effective dissemination of energy-related information. (25%)
- Assist Executive Director with scheduling, meeting organization, preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. (20%)
- Assist Business manager with asset inventory and other administrative duties as needed. (10%)
- Other duties as assigned. (10%)
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years relevant experience; Some prior knowledge of the energy sector. Work experience in the energy sector is particularly valued. Strong graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
