About the Role: Louisiana Tech University is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Building Superintendent. This key role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance personnel, ensuring effective liaison with state and regulatory agencies, independent contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:
- Minimum five years experience in building maintenance/construction with at least three years at the experienced level
- At least three years experience in supervision of skilled trade employees in areas such as air conditioning, heating and ventilation, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical maintenance, temperature controls, preventive maintenance, or general project labor
