Supervisory responsibility for accounting and purchasing for the lab school. Assist with the budget planning process for A.E. Phillips Lab School. Monitor and maintain budgets for multiple operating accounts. Responsible for the accounting for the substitute teacher payment and preparing reports and data to the parish. Collect and prepare deposits from the parents of over 400 students for fees and tuition. Serve as the Webpams coordinator for AEP through LPSB. Assist with school office management responsibilities such as student admission process, interviewing and hiring student workers. Assist with the day to day office tasks- answering phone calls and helping parents, students, and teachers throughout the day.
