Join LATG's Personnel Modernization (PersMod) team as a PersMod ERP Test Engineer in New Orleans, LA. As part of a mission-critical program supporting the United States Navy Pay and Personnel System, you'll play a pivotal role in testing, troubleshooting, and developing systems that ensure operational excellence.
Your Impact:
As a Test Engineer, you will:
- Collaborate with developers, system analysts, and test team members to develop and maintain test documentation and test cases.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of test processes and diagnostic programs.
- Create, update, and maintain a Master Test Plan to streamline and enhance testing operations.
- Develop and document test processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and analysis throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide critical support in maintaining test processes that align with program goals.
- Work to ensure system reliability and seamless integration for the Navy's pay and personnel systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (3 years of additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree).
- 3 years of related experience (or 1 year with a Master's Degree).
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft.
- Knowledge and experience with Navy Pay systems and DoD systems.
- Must either possess or be able to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance prior to the start date.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is highly preferred.
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL scripting and tools is highly desired.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Teams, Application Lifecycle Management Quality Center, Phire, Naval-Lift Jira, and Zephyr.

Clearance Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance or Interim Secret Clearance is required prior to the start date.
Work Location: This role is based onsite at our facility in New Orleans, LA. Telecommuting is not available for this position.
Salary : $90,000 - $95,000
