Louisiana Truck Stop & Gaming is seeking an organized, creative, and self-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to oversee the operations of our Truckstop Casino. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to adapt to change and provide effective leadership and guidance for all general operations of the location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Lead and manage the staff, including hiring, promotions, and terminations.
- Enforce policies and procedures while ensuring agency compliance.
- Manage operational costs and labor hours effectively.
- Collaborate with the team on PDI and handling of collection paperwork and deposits.
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years management experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a truck stop casino environment.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook; PowerPoint experience is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts; the location operates 24 hours.
- Ability to pass an FBI background check and possess a current valid driver’s license.
- Preferred experience with cost control and labor management.
