Louisiana Truck Stop & Gaming is seeking an organized, creative, self-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills who easily adapts to change to oversee the operations of a Truckstop Casino in the Bossier City/Shreveport area. The Manager is responsible for the leadership and guidance to oversee all General Operations of the Location.
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years management experience with Hiring, Terminations, Promotions, Enforcing Policy & Procedures, Agency Compliance
- Experience of 2 years in a truck stop casino environment
- Bachelor’s and or Associates degree preferred but not required
- Experience with MS Excel and Outlook is necessary; experience with PowerPoint is a plus
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule; Locations are open 24 hours
- Able to pass FBI background check and have a current valid driver’s license
- Experience in Collection Paperwork, PDI, Deposits, Understanding Cost Controls, Labor Hours Preferred
