Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily paperwork and computer entries to ensure accurate records.
- Drive store profitability by managing inventory levels and minimizing shrinkage.
- Ensure oversight of cash shortages and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Complete and post staff work schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Recruit, reward, and terminate staff as necessary to build a strong team.
- Communicate changes in food preparation formulas and standards to team members.
- Maintain compliance with local and national health and food safety codes, as well as company safety and security policies.
- Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales opportunities.
- Plan and execute special events and promotions.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
- Must pass a background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
