Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans of care, ensuring their unique needs are addressed.
- Provide active treatment measures and engage in discharge planning to support successful transitions.
- Supervise Active Treatment Plans for residents on your caseload, making adjustments as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between residents, providers, families, and community members, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with direct care staff to provide clinical direction and supervision, promoting excellence in care delivery.
Qualifications
- Must possess a fundamental love for children and a desire to make a positive impact in their lives.
- Exhibit empathy and practice the Golden Rule in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Be an active learner, eager to try new approaches and methodologies.
- Hold a current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP).
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including conflict resolution and mediation.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with diverse audiences.
