Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans of care, ensuring their unique needs are addressed.
• Provide active treatment measures and engage in discharge planning to support successful transitions.
• Supervise Active Treatment Plans for residents on your caseload, making adjustments as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between residents, providers, families, and community members, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Collaborate with direct care staff to provide clinical direction and supervision, promoting excellence in care delivery.

Qualifications

• Must possess a fundamental love for children and a desire to make a positive impact in their lives.
• Exhibit empathy and practice the Golden Rule in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Be an active learner, eager to try new approaches and methodologies.
• Hold a current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP).
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including conflict resolution and mediation.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with diverse audiences.
