The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring each resident receives a minimum of three individual therapy sessions each week and two group therapy sessions per week.

- Provide active treatment measures and engage in discharge planning.
- Supervise Active Treatment Plans and record progress as measured by objective indicators.
- Serve as liaison between the resident, provider, family, and community.
- Ensure provision of compassionate, culturally sensitive services.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP)
- Strong sense of personal authority, maturity, and integrity
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- Skilled in conflict resolution and mediation
- Protect confidentiality of residents and their family members
