Returns and Quality Assurance Coordinator (1-3 yrs expereince)

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Returns and Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the return process of products, ensuring that returned items meet company standards for quality, functionality, and compliance. This position requires strong communication skills through e-mail to coordinate customer returns.

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.

· Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze customer feedback.

· Maintain detailed records of returned products, including inspection reports, customer feedback, and trends in returns.

· Collect and review feedback from customers related to product issues or return reasons.

· Technical Support: Provide feedback to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

· Conduct internal audits and assessments to evaluate incoming raw material.

· Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to address any identified issues or deficiencies.

· Work with internal operations on non-conformance processes.

Qualifications

· Experience in Quality a related field in manufacturing.

· 1-3 years of experience in supplier quality role.

· Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

Skills:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Customer-focused mindset.

· Proficiency in relevant technical software and tools (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)

· Experience with project management methodologies.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
