We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our team as Part-Time Seasonal Event Staff. In this role, you will assist with the setup and breakdown for Louisville City & Racing Louisville games, as well as other events at Lynn Family Stadium.
This is a part-time, seasonal position working between February through November. Shifts will vary depending on event needs. Must be able to meet the schedule requirements, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation: $15 per hour
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds multiple times per day.

Ability and willingness to work in all types of adverse weather conditions (i.e. heat, rain, cold, snow, wind).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown, including arranging seating, setting up tents, crowd control barriers, metal detectors, tables, chairs, and other event-related items.
- Clean areas and dispose of trash and debris from synthetic areas, turf, bench area, and concrete warning track.
- Assists with the installation and removal of goals before and after games.
- Performs daily operations and general building maintenance during non-event days.
- Identify any potential safety hazards and follow proper reporting policy & procedure.
- Assist the grounds crew, as necessary, including the application and/or removal of growth blankets at the stadium or other facilities.
- Operate equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, landscaping equipment, and other equipment, following company policies and procedures.
- Other duties & special projects as assigned.

- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Ability to meet the schedule requirements of the position.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment comprehensive background check.
- Must be legally authorized or able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must possess a Valid Driver’s License.
