Louisville Gardens is seeking an energetic, responsible and motivated professional that has the desire and drive to be our Director of Nursing (DON). The primary responsibility of the Director of Nursing (DON) is to direct the day to day operations of our facility. We are committed to provide the highest quality of care to those we are privileged to serve. As Director of Nursing (DON) you’ll be responsible for the leadership and management of the nursing department and partner with our Administrator to help drive the overall success of the facility.

The Director of Nursing (DON) will include maintaining standards of care in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures, current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care as well as attracting, developing and retaining top talent and supervising and training team members.
Required qualifications:
RN license in good standing with the state of OH
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
At least 2 years of experience as Director of Nursing (DON) in long-term care
Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to implement programs, policies and procedures that are necessary for providing quality care
