Location : Louisville, Kentucky
Reports to : Chief Creative Officer

Role Overview
This individual will be responsible for guiding the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring the highest quality of work that meets our clients' needs and exceeds their expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic and website design, with a proven track record of innovation and leadership in the graphic / web design industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership :
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of UI, brand, and graphic designers.
- Develop and pitch creative concepts and strategies that align with client objectives and branding.
- Set and maintain high standards for creative excellence and innovation.
- Continuously seek improvement of processes and finding efficiencies in creative ideation / production.
Client Engagement :
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and target audience.Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients, effectively communicating the rationale and human insights behind design choices.Build and maintain strong client / partner relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and trust.Project Management :
Oversee the entire design process, from initial brainstorming to final production.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.Coordinate with other departments (e.g., account management, strategy, video production) to ensure seamless project execution.Brand Development :
Develop and maintain innovative and unique brand identities for clients, including logos, color palettes, typography, and overall visual aesthetics.Continuously explore and propose new ideas and concepts that enhance clients' brand presence and engagement.Graphic and Website Design :
Create and oversee the production of high-quality graphic design content, including print and digital materials.Lead the design and development of innovative, user-friendly websites that enhance user experience and engagement.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.Role RequirementsEducation and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative design role, such as graphic design, brand design or UI design.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a creative leadership role within an advertising agency or similar environment.Proven track record of delivering successful, innovative design projects for a diverse range of clients.Skills and Competencies :
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic and website design, with a focus on brand development.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly and persuasively.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).Solid understanding of UX / UI principles and best practices.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Personal Attributes :
