Researches information and prepares reports
Collects and analyzes data and prepares reports on projects, programs, and services
Job Description:
Compiles data, calculates numbers and totals, and prepares activity reports
Discusses special projects assignments with departmental personnel
Maintains records and files and completes special projects
Assists in the performance of work as necessary
Learns to operate tools, equipment and machines used in the work
Assists department personnel in basic routine tasks as assigned
Follows the instructions of the supervisor
Performs related work
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Meets regular and punctual attendance standards and any special needs of the position as determined by management, including mandatory overtime and performing related work
Minimum Requirements:
One year of college
Field directly related to agency assignment
OTHER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Any other requirements specified by agency of assignment
