What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cafe Employee - Weekday Lunch position at LOUP - Soup With a Local Twist?
Loup Employees are the most important link between our company and the community! Their outstanding customer services will provide a welcoming atmosphere for new customers and a continued connection for returning customers.
Key Roles
All employees will be trained to work successfully in every area within Loup. These include:
Customer Service - Provide outstanding customer service from the moment customers enter the door. This includes offering customers a warm welcome, carefully attending to their orders, and showing every customer gratitude for their support.
Soup Lover - Share mouthwatering descriptions of our soups with customers with a genuine excitement for our soups. Includes knowledge of ingredients, allergens, etc. Plate soups, sandwiches, and sides (or appropriately package for to-go orders).
Sandwich Assembly - Accurately assemble and heat sandwiches from customer orders.
Organized - Follow systems and procedures to independently keep your work area and the overall cafe clean, organized, and welcoming.

- Ability to occasionally lift 30 lbs
Preferred: Retail or Customer Service Experience
Pay ranges from $15-$20 per hour, or more with tips. Starting pay based on experience.
