Essential Functions
- Provides administrative/secretarial support to Clinic Management
- Opens and routes incoming mail; distributes correspondence and other material to department staff.
- Promotes professionalism, teamwork and positive communication.
- Exhibits organizational and time management skills.
- Works independently with little supervision.
- Assumes responsibility for department on the absence of management.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Post High School Training and/or education preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years’ hospital/clinic experience in supervisory position preferred. Previous experience in an Occupational Health Clinic preferred.
- Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking abilities preferred. Ability to work with culturally diverse population. Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Efficient with MS Office – Word, Excel, Teams.
