Qualifications
- Previous experience as a host or hostess in a restaurant setting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with food service operations
- Experience with POS systems, such as Aloha POS or Micros POS

- Ability to manage guest relations and phone etiquette effectively
