Summary
As a Server, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our patrons. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will utilize your core skills in POS systems, food safety, and restaurant experience to take orders and serve food efficiently. Your knowledge of wine and cocktails, along with premium skills in time management and fine dining experience, will enable you to provide tailored recommendations. By leveraging your relevant skills in guest services and food preparation, you will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and the overall success of our establishment.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficient in using POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Experience in fine dining and cocktail service
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Background in food preparation and restaurant operations
- Familiarity with wine and beverage service standards
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously.
- Take and process orders accurately using Aloha POS and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including wine and cocktail offerings, to assist guests with recommendations.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards while handling food and beverages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and address any guest concerns efficiently.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables and ensure a high-quality dining experience.
