About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the President, you’ll serve as the right hand to our founder and President—managing the calendar, ensuring priorities are aligned, and keeping strategic initiatives moving forward. In addition to supporting the President, you’ll also provide high-level administrative support to other members of the executive team as needed. Whether it's coordinating meetings, facilitating communication, or helping move cross-functional projects along, you’ll be a key partner in keeping our leadership aligned and effective. This role goes far beyond task management—you're protecting time, energy, and focus so the executive team can operate at their highest level of impact.

Outcomes You’ll Own
- Calendar Mastery: President’s calendar is 100% aligned with company priorities—no wasted time, no surprises.
- Inbox Communication Flow: Ensure President’s inbox is triaged and key items are surfaced daily. Draft, send, and manage communications with polish and speed.
- Meeting Excellence: Prepare agendas, pre-reads, attend sales call sessions, and take ownership of follow-ups and action items. Ensure no meeting ends without a next action.
- Energy Management: Proactively manage the President’s calendar to incorporate buffers, preparation time, and restorative breaks to optimize focus and productivity.
- Execution Support: Assist with light project management, travel planning, event coordination, and personal admin tasks as needed.
- Confidentiality & Trust: You are a vault. What happens in the executive office stays in the executive office.
