We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Activity Coordinator to plan and facilitate fun and meaningful activities for our clients. This role includes organizing community outings, hosting in-home engagements, and safely transporting clients using our 14-passenger wheelchair van. Responsibilities: • Plan weekly activities and outings for clients • Coordinate with caregivers to ensure client participation • Drive clients to and from community events • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment during activities • Record attendance and feedback on events Qualifications: • Experience planning events or working with seniors preferred • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus) • Patience, creativity, and compassion for elderly or disabled individuals • Strong organizational and planning skills
