What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Associate position at Love Health LLC?
Job Summary:
Position performs department/unit administrative activities including, but not limited to, routine office, clerical, and customer service duties. Supports the smooth operation of the department/unit through a wide variety of assignments and ensures quality assistance and service related to processing work requests, triaging calls and visitors. Schedules people and activities and recognizes and respects confidential information. Works with external, inter and intra departmental teams to support department/unit.
REQUIREMENTS:
- H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Knowledge of CMS-1500 claim forms, UB04 claim forms, medical terminology.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent, quality customer service
- Competent English grammar and composition skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year of experience preferred
- Experience with office reception and/or multi-line phones preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and/or Access preferred
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
