Job Summary:
Seeking Assemblers to join their Ultrasonics Division, which focuses on developing and manufacturing ultrasonic devices for applications such as surgical tools and fluidic sensors in medical equipment.
Duties:
- Read and follow assembly instructions accurately; perform assembly operations as per production team expectations.
- Measure, test, and inspect products throughout the assembly process to ensure they meet specified requirements; complete test records with measured results.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area; comply with safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Identify and report any issues or defects with products, equipment, or instructions to facilitate process improvements.
- Learn new assembly instructions to support various production areas as needed; assist other manufacturing staff and participate in team efforts to achieve related results.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 10 lbs; clear and color vision to identify and distinguish colors, with depth perception to judge distances.
- Basic math and intermediate computer skills; ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure.
- Circuit board soldering and electronics assembly experience are preferred but not mandatory.
