Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented candidate to perform shipping and general material handling tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills, multitasking ability, and teamwork are essential. Ideal for candidates from fast food or similar high-speed, accuracy-driven backgrounds. Not suitable for those with heavy forklift or logistics-only experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pick, pack, and ship parts accurately
- Prepare materials for storage or shipment using computers and packaging tools
- Move materials between departments as needed
- Maintain inventory accuracy and perform basic warehouse tasks
- Assist in lean/continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–1 year experience in shipping, warehouse, or related field
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
