What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Love Light & Paws?
We are a fun, online pet apparel and accessories company looking for an assistant to help us in-house!
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Working with heat transfer vinyl and direct to film transfers
- Putting together packing slips and shipping labels
- Packing up and shipping product
- Placing distributor orders
- Processing returns and exchanges
- Picking up supplies and dropping off packages at USPS
- Maintaining and keeping the office/workspace clean at all times
- Assisting with content creation
Skills:
- Strong attention to deal
- Clean and organized
- Experience in vinyl cutting software
- Shipping & packing experience
- Knowledge of apparel printing techniques
- Typing proficiency
- Problem solving skills
- Some knowledge in social media platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Experience with shipping and e-commerce software
Must have a reliable car.
