Expo/Food Runner

We are looking for an organized and efficient Expo to join our team and help ensure smooth kitchen operations. As an Expo, you will be the crucial link between the kitchen and the dining area. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the timely delivery of dishes, ensuring that orders are accurate and presented beautifully.

Responsibilities:

·         Ensure timely and accurate plating of food items according to restaurant standards.

·         Organize and prioritize orders for kitchen and servers. 

·         Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to resolve any issues with orders. 

·         Maintain a clean and organized expo station.

·         Assist in the training of new kitchen staff on expo procedures.

·         Monitor food quality and presentation before serving.

·         Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

·         Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment.

·         Strong communication and organizational skills.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

·         Attention to detail and a passion for quality food presentation.

·         Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 

·         Food Handlers Certification is required.
