Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
- Support children's learning through play-based education techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Assist with daily routines such as meal preparation, diaper changing, and nap time.
- Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance to encourage positive interactions.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive care plan for each child.
Skills
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
