Job Overview
We are in search of a certified pharmacy technician to join our team. Pharmacy technicians assist the pharmacist in the preparation and distribution of medications, maintaining the drug inventory, and keeping patient and pharmacy records in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as pharmacy policies and procedures.
Services and Responsibilities
In addition to offering all traditional pharmacy services, we specialize in organizing complex medication regimens with adherence packaging (pre-sorted pill packets), helping patients pick up multiple medications in a single trip. We have also expanded our services to the Strawn, Texas area through a "Telepharmacy" satellite location. This allows certified pharmacy technicians to work remotely in Strawn, while pharmacists in Eastland perform remote prescription inspections and patient counseling.
Requirements for Telepharmacy Work
Only highly experienced and well-trained pharmacy technicians will be asked to participate in a work schedule rotation that includes both Strawn and Eastland locations. Technicians must be certified for a minimum of one year before they are eligible to work at a telepharmacy.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Pharmacy technician experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- fluent Spanish (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Texas Pharmacy Technician License (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Eastland, TX 76448: Relocate before starting work (Required)
