What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Coordinator position at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores?
BASIC PURPOSE
Support the Executive Assistant to the Co-CEO in providing confidential high-level support to the Love family. Looking for candidate who is proactive, detailed, teachable, dependable, self-starter with an ability to work and prioritize well in a fast-paced, fluid environment, where no task is too small or large. Must be resourceful, have ability to use good judgment, possess knowledge of business etiquette, and skilled in anticipating needs for the Love family. Must be adaptable and quick to learn new office technologies, as well as manage communications effectively among a diverse group of individuals. This position will require the ability to handle complex administrative problems that are diverse and advanced as well as the ability to make independent decisions affecting the family.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist with the daily needs of the Family Office and the Executive Assistant to the Co-CEO
- Assist Love Family with confidential dealings which could have negative impact on the family’s businesses, assets, or reputation in the community if shared beyond their intended audience
- Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, initiative, discretion, adaptability and independence in supporting the Love Family
- Verify the accuracy of invoices, timesheets, credit card charges, etc., and coordinate payment with family office accounting team
- Use initiative to handle a wide variety of personal executive support duties, including travel coordination, concierge services, and property management
- Update personal calendars and agendas for the family
- Other duties assigned as needed.
