BASIC PURPOSE : The Contact Center Analyst oversees the development of Roadside and Contact Center products from start to finish to ensure they meet the business and customer’s needs and preferences. The main duties include determining the overall vision of products, managing various backlog items, and acting as a “champion” to the focused project by leadership. The Contact Center Analyst will seek opportunities for process improvements; make improvement recommendations to leadership and support implementation of solutions.
Contact Center Analyst Responsibilities:
Strategizing and presenting ideas to leadership
Defining product features according to customer contact center needs
Leading the development process of products
Managing and prioritizing product backlog items
Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint
Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release
Identifying areas of improvement
Keeping leadership informed of the status of the product
Taking direction from leadership on areas of focus and identifying trends, gaps, and areas of opportunity
Analytical reporting for the contact center
