Job Description: As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the overall condition and appearance of our stores. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including equipment repair and maintenance, pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect equipment and facilities to identify areas for improvement and recommend repairs or replacements as needed;
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to lubricating moving parts, replacing filters, and inspecting equipment for wear and tear;
- Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs;
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field;
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
