Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our facilities and equipment, as well as assisting with cleaning and stocking tasks. This includes:
Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Performing routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting;
- Maintaining equipment, including HVAC systems, fuel systems, and service trucks.
Repair and Maintenance:
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment and facilities;
- Repairing damaged or faulty equipment and facilities;
- Ensuring all equipment and facilities are functioning safely and efficiently.
Customer Service:
- Providing excellent customer service to our customers and colleagues;
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field;
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
