Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Multi-Unit Manager located in the Lafayette, Louisiana Metropolitan Area at Love’s Travel Stops. The Multi-Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations, managing operational efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing company policies, and developing and leading teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in multi-unit management, operations management, and team leadership
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive business results, implement strategies, and meet financial targets
- Knowledge of retail operations, customer service, and compliance regulations
- Experience in the travel stops or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field - Preferred
