WORK LOCATION AND HOURS: This position is located onsite at Love's corporate office in Oklahoma City. The work hours are typically Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.

BASIC PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this position is to analyze, design, document, and provide payroll and human resources reports, statistics, and trends.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gain a full understanding of the payroll process, the supporting systems (Payroll, HRIS, Accounting, and Work Force Management) and other tools to design, develop and provide reports such as: payroll audit reports, tax reconciliations, system reconciliations, equity plan projections, calculation of imputed income and reporting to various entities, including but not limited to, the IRS, DOL, and Work Comp Reporting.
- Act as a liaison between HR groups, IT groups, business groups, and governmental agencies to identify, design, document, and provide reports as needed and to ensure accurate and timely reporting, analytics and process improvements.
- Act as a liaison to include payroll data in a comprehensive HR database.
- Participate in the testing and implementation of payroll related HRIS implementations and upgrades.
- Work with Payroll and IT to establish necessary controls and checks to ensure data and system integrity is maintained.
- Other duties assigned as needed.
- Education: HS Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Analytics, or related experience preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience with Payroll and/or HR analytics required. Experience with SAP Payroll or Success Factors preferred.
- Certifications: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.
- Hard Skills: Must be advanced level in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of HRIS systems. Extensive knowledge of Excel or Access and Pivot Tables is required.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to follow up, multi-task and prioritize while managing a continuous stream of work. Must be self-directed with the ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
- Typical Physical Demands: Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
