Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tree Climber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care and landscape maintenance, with experience in climbing and operating equipment such as bucket trucks. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, ensuring the health and aesthetics of trees while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance the appearance of trees.
• Operate bucket trucks and other equipment safely for tree care operations.
• Conduct routine inspections of trees to identify health issues or hazards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Operate boom trucks, loaders, stump chippers, brush chippers, tractors, power saws, trucks, sprayers, and other equipment and tools.

Experience

• 5-10 years proven experience in tree climbing, trimming, and care is preferred.
• Familiarity with bucket operation and rigging techniques is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety in all operations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
