What we are looking for:
Love Signs, Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Specialist to join our team. The Production Specialist will play a critical role in the fabrication and assembly of our signage products, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards for quality and precision. This position requires a strong technical background, hands-on experience with production processes, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabrication and Assembly:
- Execute the fabrication and assembly of various signage products, including cutting, welding, assembling, and finishing.
- Operate equipment such as CNC machines, welders, plasma cutter, torches and power tools with precision and care.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
Quality Assurance:
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet Love Signs, Inc.'s standards.
- Identify and resolve any defects or issues in materials or workmanship.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent contamination or damage to materials.
Material Management:
- Handle materials, including metals, plastics, and vinyl, with care to minimize waste and damage.
- Assist in the preparation and staging of materials for upcoming projects.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the design, sales, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any production challenges or changes in project scope.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a production or fabrication role.
- Proficiency in operating production machinery and tools.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
