Job description
To be successful as a supervisor, you should be able to motivate a team of sales associates to meet sales goals and ensure that all duties are performed accurately on your assigned shifts. Ultimately, a top supervisor should be able to ensure smooth and efficient workflows and a positive customer experience resulting in achieved sales goals.

REPORTS TO: Store Manager, Assistant Manager
DIRECT REPORTS: Sales Team
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENT:
32-40 Hours Weekly
