We are passionate about creating fashion-forward pieces that resonate with modern women. As we expand our presence across social media platforms, we are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team on a freelance basis, with the potential for a full-time position based on performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- ● Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute engaging social media content strategies that align with brand objectives.
- ● Create and curate visually compelling content and copy for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- ● Utilize Planoly or other similar application for pre planning IG posts stories for review
- ● Manage monthly campaign photoshoots, ensuring content creation aligns with brand aesthetics and storytelling.
- ● Produce on-the-go content with models and influencers, capturing behind-the-scenes moments and promoting brand lifestyle.
- ● Brainstorm and implement innovative marketing campaigns and strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- ● Utilize design skills to enhance visual content creation (knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus).
- ● Monitor social media analytics, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies based on insights.
- ● Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and ensure messaging reflects brand values and identity.
- ● Attend weekly in-office meetings for collaboration and updates, with flexibility for remote work.
- ● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Requirements:
- ● Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- ● Strong photography and videography skills, with experience in content creation for social media.
- ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or similar design software.
- ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- ● Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- ● Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field
- preferred.
- ● Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- ● Passion for fashion, trends, and social media with a strong understanding of
