About Us
Lovetree Learning Center is a nurturing and engaging early childhood education center dedicated to fostering a love for learning in young children. We are seeking a passionate and experienced VPK Teacher to join our team and provide high-quality instruction to our Pre-K students.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that meet VPK standards.
- Create a warm, engaging, and structured classroom environment that promotes learning through play.
- Assess and document children’s progress using observation and assessment tools.
- Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members.
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and VPK program requirements.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in young learners.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC), CDA, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Must meet VPK lead teacher requirements as mandated by the state.
- Experience working with preschool-age children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
