Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include work experience, education, location, and skill level)

Core Responsibilities:
- Shopify Store Management: Oversee and maintain day-to-day operations of the Shopify platform, including updating product listings, content management and strategy, inventory management, campaign roll-outs, promo launches, product launches.
- Strategy Owner: Support the execution of all e-commerce strategies for the DTC business and proactively identify and communicate opportunities & solutions.
- Subscription Management: Assist with any updates needed within our subscription platform, Recharge, in order to optimize the user experience.
- Product Deploy Oversight: Maintain strong partnership with Engineering agency to oversee biweekly product deploys, QA, and new feature launches at the end of each sprint.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of eCommerce efforts (e.g. conversion rates, average order values, product sales, customer acquisition).
- Digital Marketing Liaison: Collaborate with the marketing team to own website updates in team-wide calendar and implement communicate the roll-out strategy of all marketing campaigns.
- A/B Testing: Own the implementation of all A/B tests through our Shopify testing app.
- Product Data Management: Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing are displayed across the store.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, supply chain, SEO, and customer experience to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
- Must be local to NYC area and be willing to work out of our NYC office 3 days per week
- 2-3 years Shopify / DTC / eCommerce experience
- Experience with Shopify is a must; experience with subscription platform a plus
- Must be comfortable using e-commerce tools, analytics platforms, and knowledge of apps and integrations related to Shopify
- Ability to identify problems, suggest solutions, and implement changes quickly and effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, with excellent attention to detail
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment
- Strong Communication and ability to successfully collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams
