Position Overview :
Love Wellness is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to own and execute our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, TikTok Shop, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This role offers the unique opportunity to define and execute our social media strategy across channels with impactful campaigns while driving engagement, awareness and impressions. We are seeking a seasoned creative-thinker and content creator who is passionate for social entertainment and storytelling, community engagement, and insights-driven decision-making. You will develop and implement content strategies that elevate Love Wellness and build a seamless narrative between the brand’s channels and our Founder’s platforms.
Salary Range : $80,000-$100,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include work experience, education, location, and skill level)
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Execution
- Own and develop the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, inclusive of content creation, calendaring, creative
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely, relevant, and on-brand content is posted
- Assist with owning and developing the content strategy for founder’s social media accounts, ultimately supporting with the calendar, creative concepts, content creation, and workflow
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to optimize performance
