The Sr. Analyst, Omni Business Analytics will lead business analytics and insights for key omni partners and will be responsible in providing cross-functional teams with critical end-to-end business insights and overall support to drive the business and meet key objectives. This position is suited for a high performing individual with a strategic mindset and strong functional and technical skills to analyze customer and syndicated data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for data driven decision making. This role, reporting directly into the VP of Sales, will support the Retail team and work cross functionally with key stakeholders in Finance, Demand Planning, Performance Marketing, Marketing, and Operations.
Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include work experience, education, location, and skill level)

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Weekly Trends: develop capabilities and analyze sales data from various sources providing insights to inform critical decision-making and planning that will enable optimal growth across a mix of channels.
- Acquire a deep understanding of category performance and correlations and provide detailed performance insights to cross functional teams to drive the business. Develop and communicate diagnostics to aid in business health initiatives planning.
- Post Performance Event Analysis: Track and measure the effectiveness of customer development initiatives (new distribution, innovation, promotion, digital commerce initiatives, and features/displays execution) providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Forecasting: support monthly gross sales volume forecasting and demand planning process
- Line Reviews and Sell in Decks: support data pulls and insights generation to enable distribution and activation sell-in
- Ad hoc projects as needed
- Preferred location in Tri-State Area or Bentonville, Arkansas but will consider Remote location for right candidate. Travel less than 20%
- Bachelors Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Category Management (Consumer Packaged Goods experience preferred)
- Customer Facing support with Walmart, Target, and/or Ulta preferred.
- Digital Commerce Experience
- Proficient working with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. (Power BI and/or Tableau preferred)
- Background with Nielsen, Circana, or Numerator
- Data visualization and ability to tell a story leveraging data and insights.
- Comfort with unstructured data and ambiguity as well as working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong Communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
